About Us

Recently renovated with creativity and passion, this residence is dedicated to the voyages of the well-known Arab, Ibn Battouta and to Arab-Andalusian art. Located very close to the Batha Museum and the Bab Boujloud door, Ria Ibn Battouta is ideally located for exploring Fes and it’s wonders.

Accommodation

Every suite at Riad Ibn Battouta is decorated as a testimony to an episode in the life of the well-known traveller, Ibn Battouta. Achieved through unique decor, colours and furniture that blend the Orient and the East, each of the fantastically themed rooms tells the story of the celebrated Arab explorer's journey from Morocco to China. Rooms are pure fantasy without compromising on modern 21st century standards.

Ispahan (Double)
Green and lilac room with a large double bed for 2 people, private terrace where breakfast and meals can be served, bathroom in zellige mosaic and honey colour tadelakt.

Sinkalan (Double)
Grey and white room with splashes of red, large double bed for 2 people, private terrace where breakfast and meals can be served, bathroom in black and white zellige mosaic and glass basin. Very bright room.

Iwalatan (Triple)
African themed suite with 1 double and 1 single bed, lounge, bathroom and basin in ochre coloured tadelakt.

Samarquand (Family 4 sleeper)
A blue suite with a large bed for 2 persons in mezzanine, 2 single beds for 2 people, independent space for a salon, a mosaic bathroom in blue and white and tadelakt.

Sanaa (Family 4 sleeper)
Suite in yellow with a large bed for 2 persons and 2 beds for 2 people, independent space for a salon, traditional bathroom in zellige with a mosaic bath, tadelakt in yellow, calligraphic works of art.

Sindabur (Family 4 sleeper)
Indian pinky suite with a large bed for 2 persons 2 beds  for 2 people, independent space for a salon, bathroom in tadelakt in taupe color, hammam  including three showers, and copper cauldron mosaic, calligraphic works of art.

Damas (Family 4 sleeper)
Suite in bronze with a large bed for 2 persons, 2 beds for 2 people, independent space for a salon, bathroom in Volubilis’ mosaic; tadelakt in pink copper.

What am I getting? - Your reservation at the Riad Ibn Battouta includes bed & breakfast and all taxes. Please note that your reservation does not include transfers from the airport to the hotel.

What happens next? - After clicking "Book Now" you will be directed to a secured page requesting your details. After completing your details click "Confirm Booking." Thereafter you will receive confirmation of your reservation at the email address you provided. Your resevation is now confirmed and no further action is required on your behalf. Once again we would like to remind you that all information provided on EasyAfrica is done securely.

Cancellation policy - Due to the high demand of accommodation in Morocco hoteliers need to be made aware if you are unable to fulfill your reservation. A late cancellation means that the hotelier may not sell the room to another guest. Therefore all hotels have cancellation policies.

At the Riad Ibn Battouta cancellations made later than 30 days prior to date of arrival will result in a 50% of total cost cancellation fee. Any cancellation made later that 14 days prior to date of arrival will result in 100% of total cost cancellation fee.

Payment Policy - When making a reservation on EasyAfrica a non refundable deposit of 10% is paid immediately to confirm your reservation. The balance is payable to the hotel upon check in / check out

All reservations made on EasyAfrica are confirmed immediately online. If however you do not wish to confirm your reservation immediately, require further information before doing so or cannot find availability please send your requests to info@easyafrica.co.uk
