Discover Dar Warda, our authentic Moroccan riad where elegance is only matched by serenity. Dar Warda is a beautifully restored traditional riad located in the heart of Marrakech. Eastern charm, mysterious beauty and traditional authenticity is the theme of this guesthouse that is ideally located. Dar Warda, or the “House of Roses”, nestled in a picturesque street in the Marrakech Medina offers you a unique décor made of colorful and delicate materials, with hand-made Berber tapestries and oriental paintings but also contemporary furniture, to ensure a charming change of scenery but also a perfectly comfortable stay with us. A central garden patio where you can hear the gentle sound of the water running into the bathing pool is soothing and sets the tone for this serene and relaxing haven.
5 guest suites are individually decorated and provided with private bathrooms constructed with traditional Moroccan tadelakt. It can be rented in its entirety for a large family or a group of friends.
Dar Warda is just another way to feel at home: All meals can be taken at the riad. Breakfast is served at your leisure whilst for your lunch and dinner our chef will prepare his subtly flavored Moroccan cuisine for your delight.
It is very easily accessible, with a secured parking nearby. Dar Warda is located in the area of Riad Laarous, within 15-minutes walking distance from the famous Djemaa el Fna square. At your arrival, our lovely staff managed by Fatiha, will welcome you with our home-made biscuits, traditional tea and fresh flowers. Whether you’d like to use the solarium, have a swim in the swimming pool; enjoy a massage or sip a traditional mint tea whilst admiring the Atlas Mountains from our 3-storey terrace, Dar Warda will enchant you.

Oasis
Located on the ground floor near the patio, the Oasis suite benefits from the view onto the patio’s splash pool. Refined decoration, soft colors, hand crafted velvet couch and Berber carpet.
Oasis has either a large double bed (160) or 2 twin beds and a corner salon with Massai style furniture. Bathroom with bathtub in light green, zellige tiles and tadelakt. Everything invites you to rest.
Rose des Sables
Situated on the second floor and overlooking the central patio. Comprised of a double bed (160) and one single bed the Rose des Sables suite is decorated with a handcrafted velvet couch, and a corner salon with two Massai style wrought-iron armchairs.
Beige tadelakt and zellige enhances the large bathroom with an original shower place.
Nomade
Overlooking the rooftop terrace, the charming Nomade suite is situated on the third floor with direct access to the rooftop solarium and terrace. Comprised of a double bed (160), hand craft velvet couch and Berber carpet. Small corner salon in Massai style furniture and a bathroom with an original shower place, decorated in Marrakech red tadelakt and zelliges.
Dune
Overlooking the patio, the spacious and elegant Dune suite is situated on the second floor. Composed of a double bed draped in fine hand craft silk, a velvet couch, modern African style furniture and a small Moroccan lounge area. Beautiful bathroom with bathtub constructed of beige tadelakt and zellige.
Argana
Situated on the second floor and overlooking the central patio, close to Dune Suite, Argana is spacious and elegant. Comprised of a double bed, a single bed, both draped in fine hand craft silk, a velvet couch, modern African style furniture and a corner lounge in front of a fireplace. Large bathroom with an original shower place in tadelakt and zellige.
Renting the Whole Riad
Dar Warda can hired out completely for a maximum of 10 people with a minimum of 3 nights stay.
Please Note: A touristic tax will be charged 1.50€ per night and per person

What am I getting? - Your reservation at Dar Warda includes bed & breakfast and all taxes. Please note that your reservation does not include transfers from the airport to the hotel.
What happens next? - After clicking "Book Now" you will be directed to a secured page requesting your details. After completing your details click "Confirm Booking." Thereafter you will receive confirmation of your reservation at the email address you provided. Your resevation is now confirmed and no further action is required on your behalf. Once again we would like to remind you that all information provided on EasyAfrica is done securely.
Cancellation policy - Due to the high demand of accommodation in Morocco hoteliers need to be made aware if you are unable to fulfill your reservation. A late cancellation means that the hotelier may not sell the room to another guest. Therefore all hotels have cancellation policies.
In the event of a cancellation Dar Warda will apply the following policy: - Cancellations received before 30 before the confirmed arrival date: no cancellation fee.
- Cancellations received 21-30 days before the confirmed arrival date are subject to a cancellation fee of 30% of total projected room costs.
- Cancellations received 11-20 days before the confirmed arrival date are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of total projected room costs.
- Cancellations received 0-10 days before the confirmed arrival date are subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of total projected room costs.
Payment Policy - When making a reservation on EasyAfrica a non refundable 20% deposit is paid immediately to confirm your reservation. The balance is payable to the hotel upon check in/check out. When paying the balance of your room at Dar Warda using a credit card you will be subject to a 4.5% service fee.
