About Us

Riad des Arts is a magical place where elegance is the keyword. As you enter, you will be taken by the breathtaking sensational contrast, between the hubbub of the souks and the peacefulness of the guesthouse. Christophe Lemoine wishes you the most joyful of trips in the heart of the Medina of Marrakech, in your vacation home: Riad des Arts.

The most privileged will sense the real soul of the riad decor, where painted and sculpted wood, copper, ironwork, tapestry co-mingle to create a magical world. The muffled ambience of decorations shows that the house master is a keen lover of harmony between light, colors and images. This ancient dwelling was renovated by authentic Marrakechi craftsmen, who, while at task, paid great respect to the Moroccan traditional crafts.

Accommodation

The Riad des Arts is comprised of one suite and four air-conditioned rooms.

Each space is fitted out with a lot of passion, endowed with its own identity, all in search of comfort while attention is paid to the slightest detail. For example, the logo of the riad found on the house linen, was created by the famous Moroccan calligrapher Noureddine Chater.

Each room has a bathroom. The suite has jacuzzi. The use of noble materials such as marble and tadelakt make this riad an exceptional place.

Ground Floor Room
Room facing the patio, fresh and well lit. Two 80 cm beds or a large 160cm bed covered by velvet and tadelakt cream-coloured satin, pouf in brown velvet, dressing room, marble tadelakt bathroom with shower.

Grey Room
Room on the first floor facing the patio with a view of the pool and the palm trees. Two 80 cm beds or large 160cm bed with a grey and black colour scheme. Bathroom in black marble and grey tadelakt, air conditioning and wifi.

Arcade Room
Room on the first floor facing the patio with balcony and a large couch for relaxing. 180cm bed, plaster alcove, luminous recesses, veils separating the bed from the organza hall. Walk-in cupboard, bathroom with large tadelakt shower, air conditioning and wifi.

Chocolat Suite
On the first floor facing the patio with balcony and large couch for relaxing. Large 190cm bed, alcove, African decorations, lounge, fireplace, large bathroom with double washbasin, dressing room in tadelakt with private jacuzzi, air conditioning and wifi.

Colonial Tent
Perfect for honeymoon couples is the tent of the riad. Curtains and headboard made of white satin tadelakt bathroom, large hydro-jet shower for two people, private terrace. All there is to realize your dream.

MAKING A RESERVATION

What am I getting? - Your reservation at the Riad des Arts includes bed & breakfast and all taxes. Please note that your reservation does not include transfers from the airport to the hotel.

What happens next? - After clicking "Book Now" you will be directed to a secured page requesting your details. After completing your details click "Confirm Booking." Thereafter you will receive confirmation of your reservation at the email address you provided. Your resevation is now confirmed and no further action is required on your behalf. Once again we would like to remind you that all information provided on EasyAfrica is done securely.

Cancellation policy - Due to the high demand of accommodation in Morocco hoteliers need to be made aware if you are unable to fulfill your reservation. A late cancellation means that the hotelier may not sell the room to another guest. Therefore all hotels have cancellation policies.

At the Riad des Arts cancellations made later than 30 days prior to date of arrival will result in a 50% of total cost cancellation fee. Any cancellation made later that 14 days prior to date of arrival will result in 100% of total cost cancellation fee.

Payment Policy - When making a reservation on EasyAfrica a non refundable 20% deposit is paid immediately to confirm your reservation. The balance is payable to the hotel upon check in/check out.

Reservation Request
All reservations made on EasyAfrica are confirmed immediately online. If however you do not wish to confirm your reservation immediately, require further information before doing so or cannot find availability please send your requests to info@easyafrica.co.uk
