About Us
Riad Dar Ilham, situated near Marrakech, is a bed and breakfast that combines the charm of a traditional riad with the charm of a guest house.
Discretely hidden away, the property is entered through an alley covered by a pergola, under a cascade of bougainvilleas.
You will be charmed by the garden’s richness surrounding the riad. At first sight, the architecture is the same as a kasbah, but as you enter this haven of peace, it’s a trip into a medina with the advantage of fresh air and open space.
Open on a beautiful patio full of orange trees, the riad is faithful to its traditional structure where all the rooms are turned towards the fountain, the house’s central point. Enjoy the fresh air that it brings and let yourself go thanks to the modern and warm Moroccan decorations.

Sinbad Room
Let yourself be charmed by decoration full of secrets. Simplicity in the colours and oriental splendor in the lines give the room a touch of the desert’s fragrance. The Zouak lounge plays on the different colors of wood for a more natural look highlighting the king size canopy bed. Decorated with white sheets, this bed is a hymn to the oriental class, leaving you with great memories. All modern comforts and a large choice of services are at your disposal including a king size bed 200x200, shower and separate toilet.
Aladin Room
This bedroom will welcome you in a warm and attractive ambiance, located on the ground floor. You’ll love the fine Moroccan artwork in this room. The Zouak living area brings a lot of charm to the room, as well as the king size bed that will allow you to have sweet dreams. You’ll be amazed by the soul of this place and by its comfort. Ali Baba Room
You’ll be attracted by the warm tones of a bedroom that will transport you to the modern “1001 nights”. When the bright colours encounter Moroccan art work, it creates an oriental charm into a sparkling ambiance. This room offers you all the modern comfort you will need. 2 single beds (90x200) or 1 double bed (180x200) and shower.
Sheherazade Suite
Located on the riad’s last floor, this suite has a private balcony over looking the garden, pool, and beautiful landscape. This suite honors woodwork from the past. The fresh air of the mountains will lull you every night in your sumptuous king size canopy bed, decorated with violin sheets. All modern comforts and a large choice of services are at your disposal including a king size bed 230x200, bath tub and shower and separate toilet.

In winter time, you will be able to enjoy the great fireplace, watch one of our numerous movies available (or satellite) on the home cinema, or play board games. Outside, in the middle of the flowered garden, a big heated over-flowing pool invites you to cool down and relax. For the ones who want to practice their swimming, they are allowed in the kasbah’s pool (22x8m), as long as there isn’t an exclusive booking in the kasbah at the same time. (The kasbah is situated next door)

What am I getting? - Your reservation at the Riad Dar Ilham includes bed & breakfast and all taxes. Please note that your reservation does not include transfers from the airport to the hotel.
What happens next? - After clicking "Book Now" you will be directed to a secured page requesting your details. After completing your details click "Confirm Booking." Thereafter you will receive confirmation of your reservation at the email address you provided. Your resevation is now confirmed and no further action is required on your behalf. Once again we would like to remind you that all information provided on EasyAfrica is done securely.
Cancellation policy - Due to the high demand of accommodation in Morocco hoteliers need to be made aware if you are unable to fulfill your reservation. A late cancellation means that the hotelier may not sell the room to another guest. Therefore all hotels have cancellation policies.
At the Riad Dar Ilham cancellations made later than 30 days prior to date of arrival will result in a 50% of total cost cancellation fee. Any cancellation made later that 14 days prior to date of arrival will result in 100% of total cost cancellation fee.
Payment Policy - When making a reservation on EasyAfrica a non refundable 20% deposit is paid immediately to confirm your reservation. The balance is payable to the hotel upon check in/check out.
