About Us
Ksar Jenna is an all comfort hotel newly built but with the charm of a riad. Ideally located in N’Koub Province of Zagora, plunged in a lavish garden with its Mediterranean flowers and plants. Youssef and Stella have recently built this beautiful Maison de Charme in a riad style, with traditional Moroccan materials such as taddelakt and zellige. In order to offer their customers lots of wide open spaces, only 7 rooms were built, with large bathrooms and large common spaces, plunged in an oasis of quiet, in the heart of a luxuriant garden, with lots of palm trees, bougainvilleas, rose bushes, jasmines and much more, a real surprise for this region otherwise arid. An attentive service along with attention to detail will make your stay an unforgettable memory.
Ksar Jenna is a good address to keep in mind by the traveller to southern Morocco who, after or before an overnight in the desert, is in quest of comfort and relaxation.

There is the possibility of organizing excursions to the desert and the surrounding mountains, valleys, villages and their oasis.
Location
Ksar Jenna is ideally located halfway between Erfoud and Ouarzazate a good starting point for your desert experience.
2kms off the village of N’Koub in the province of Zagora. Located directly on the main road that leads to Agdez. You'll find us at 130 kms out of Ouarzazate or 90 kms if you are coming from Zagora, direction Erfoud.
MAKING A RESERVATION

What am I getting? - Your reservation at the Ksar Jenna includes bed & breakfast and all taxes. Please note that your reservation does not include transfers from the airport to the hotel.
What happens next? - After clicking "Book Now" you will be directed to a secured page requesting your details. After completing your details click "Confirm Booking." Thereafter you will receive confirmation of your reservation at the email address you provided. Your resevation is now confirmed and no further action is required on your behalf. Once again we would like to remind you that all information provided on EasyAfrica is done securely.
Cancellation policy - Due to the high demand of accommodation in Morocco hoteliers need to be made aware if you are unable to fulfill your reservation. A late cancellation means that the hotelier may not sell the room to another guest. Therefore all hotels have cancellation policies.
At the Ksar Jenna cancellations made later than 30 days prior to date of arrival will result in a 50% of total cost cancellation fee. Any cancellation made later that 14 days prior to date of arrival will result in 100% of total cost cancellation fee.
Payment Policy - When making a reservation on EasyAfrica a non refundable 20% deposit is paid immediately to confirm your reservation. The balance is payable to the hotel upon check in/check out. For an advanced payment Ksar Jenna offers special rates apply - up to 2 weeks before arrival date.
Reservation Request
All reservations made on EasyAfrica are confirmed immediately online. If however you do not wish to confirm your reservation immediately, require further information before doing so or cannot find availability please send your requests to info@easyafrica.co.uk
